1. Department Secretary / Administrator
Responsibilities
* In general provide secretarial duties for Department Manager and Department staff.
* Composing non-routine correspondence,compiling reports and transcribing dictation.
* Schedule appointments and manage phone calls for the Department's Manager and other department staff.
* Provide administrative support; action on claims,invoices,travel authorization, training correspondence e.g. coordinate the booking facilities, refreshment and equipment for internal and external meetings and visits.
* Ensure the smooth running and the administrative operations of the office.
* Assist the Managers on various tasks to ensure the successful implementation of all projects assigned.
* Assist in researches and summaries information, gathering and analysis when required.
Requirements
* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Microsoft Office applications especially Words, Excel and Power point.
* Knowledge of using E-mails and internet for obtaining information,knowledge of writing commercial proposals and office administration procedures.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
* Preferably 5 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing, preferable in electronics / communications business.
* Applicants must have good communications and interpersonal skills, displined, responsible & good intiative, multi tasker, flexible and adaptable.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ulu Klang.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
