1. HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for the overall human resource management of the company, particularly, the administration of staff benefits, balanced scorecard system, recruitment and industrial relation issues.

Requirement

* Possess Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or other related discipline.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to speak and write fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
* Pleasant personality, proactive and able to perform varied tasks with minimal supervision.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel spreadsheets.
* Responsible and meticulous with a good working attitude.
