1. Customer Service Manager (Electrical)

Responsibilities

* Will be responsible for ensuring the customer service options are managed effectively.
* After sales service - managing back room faulty stock, liaising with suppliers/ /ASA for in warranty repairs and for chargeable out of warranty repairs.
* Customer delivery and installation service through 3rd party/ in store provider.
* AEON credit administration staff for easy payment processing.
* 0% credit card administration for staff with relevant credit cards.
* TPF/ Clubcard administration.
* Managing a competent after sales service, extended warranty and credit service for customers (0% on credit cards, AEON extended payment terms).

Requirements

* Minimum Diploma in any discipline, preferably with 1 year working experience in store operations.
* Computer literate, good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, a good team player, disciplined, hardworking and willing to work under pressure.
* Willingness to work on shifts hours.
