Yayasan EMKAY, a non profitable organization, established in 2001 is a vehicle for the EMKAY Group to contribute to charitable causes especially in education, health, welfare, sports, religious and environmental aspects, is currently seeking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:-

1. MANAGER

Responsibilities

* Manage the daily operations of the Yayasan.
* Develop strategies and implement programs in line with the vision of the Yayasan.
* To ensure that the Yayasan has a yearly sustainable funds to run the programs planned
* To manage and maintain all properties registered under the Yayasan
* To report to the Board of Trustees of the implementation and effectiveness of the planned strategies and programs as well as all business entities belonging to the Yayasan
* To functionally report to the Chairman of the Working Committee of monthly progress and achievement.

Requirements

* Degree holder in Accountancy or equivalent qualification with at least 10 years’ experience
* 7 + years at middle management level in working with non governmental organisation or charitable organizations, preferably with international bodies.
* Experience of planning and budgetary control
* Experience of planning, deploying, and evaluating business improvement processes and logistical support
* Knowledge of business systems and associated work flows
* Good communication and report writing skills
* Bilingual candidate preferred in English and Bahasa Malaysia
